For any claims related to damage, defects, missing components, or incorrect products, submission of a proper unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery is mandatory. Failure to provide the required evidence within the stipulated time may result in rejection of the claim.

Customers are required to provide full 360-Degree Proper Unboxing Video To Claim any Replacement or Refund Issue. Refunds are issued for only eligible returns and the original payment method will be credited once submitted review will be done by Team Backlit Expected Time will be upto 48hrs. Review Decision Totally Depends On Authenticity of video Provided by customer and Final Decision will be made by Team Backlit.
